Imagine Chaleur launches a new awareness campaign to shape the region’s economic future
Bathurst, September 6, 2023 – Imagine Chaleur, the economic and tourism development service, is proud to announce the launch of its new awareness campaign intended to guide the economic development of New Brunswick’s Chaleur Region. This major initiative, scheduled to run from September 5 to October 31, 2023, invites local businesses to actively participate in a wide-ranging survey aimed at painting a complete and accurate picture of the region.
Data collection
Over the next few days, nearly a thousand targeted businesses will receive a questionnaire via email or postal mail. The collected data will be used to create a comprehensive profile of the region, highlighting its assets and challenges. “We are convinced that our region’s success rests on a deep understanding of its strengths and weaknesses”, stated Ms. Shirley de Silva, Director of the Economic Development and Tourism Department. “This survey will assist our future initiatives by guiding our actions to stimulate local economic development”, she added.
