IMAGINE CHALEUR, in partnership with Inspire, organized a training session for healthcare workers on May 24, 2024, to further develop their intercultural skills. Welcoming, including, and retaining international colleagues is essential to ensure the sustainability of various services in the healthcare sector.

The training was delivered by Lionel Laroche, President, and Founder of MultiCultural Business Solutions. It provided participants with a healthcare-specific approach, focusing on concrete actions, including tools to navigate multicultural workplaces and improve the integration of immigrants into their teams.

This event was financially supported by a grant from the New Brunswick Department of Health.
